AKC Registered & Health Tested

Our Program

Integrity Golden Retriever’s goal is to produce dogs who IMPACT LIVES; whether that be as a service dog, therapy dog or family pet. Every breeder should be seeking to “improve the breed”. Our breedable dogs have passed all of the OFA required clearances (hips, elbows, eyes, heart, DNA). We seek to produce pups who meet the AKC conformation standards and also have a lovely, calm personality that is suited for therapy work should a family desire to head down that road with their dog. Health testing affects the physical health of the pup.

Rearing protocols are just as important as starting with health-tested mamas and papas. Rearing protocols affect the emotional health of the pup. We spend countless hours a day working with our pups. I use both Puppy Culture and the book Puppy Brain as my foundation for rearing protocols.

HISTORY AND FUTURE of IGR
PHASE ONE:
Juliet and Iris were our first mamas who each produced some lovely pup.

PHASE TWO:
We are currently in Phase Two. Georgia, Ellie and Carys are our mamas.

PHASE THREE:
We are making plans for the future of IGR. Once Georgia, Ellie and Carys retire we will have Maya, Eden, Essie and Naomi as mamas along with Roman and Zeke as our studs.

PHASE FOUR:
Golly, not there yet….but my brain is making tentative plans.

Why do I tell you about the phases? To encourage you that IGR will be around for a long time, producing pups who will IMPACT LIVES. When purchasing an Integrity Golden Retriever, you not only take home a beautiful new pet and family member but also an understanding that your puppy started its life in the best home possible.

“Integrity Golden Retrievers is a closed facility. We do not allow prospective family visits. It’s my job to keep my pack and the babies healthy. I post enough on social media for a prospective family to get to know the dogs, myself and see my facility. Just look through FB and look at previous pics/videos/posts.— Christine, owner/breeder/trainer
